A memorandum of understanding was signed today between the High School of Lawyers, foundation of the National Bar Council (CNF), and Federpol, the Italian federation of private institutes for investigations, information and security.
The protocol, which will last for three years, establishes a synergistic collaboration between lawyers and private investigators with the aim of providing lawyers, in the exercise of their profession, with the necessary tools for the best effectiveness of the right of defense also through recourse to activities conducted by private investigators and, for the latter, training aimed at increasing knowledge of the responsibilities associated with their role.
